Shipping Time and Method

All regions do not accept freight collect or cash on delivery (COD). In Taiwan, we only accept credit card payments and do not accept bank transfers.

Our store primarily uses SF Express, Hongkong Post, and international couriers for shipping.

Free shipping is available for orders over HKD 500 in Hong Kong, over HKD 950 in Macau, and over TWD 8800 in Taiwan after discounts.

If the customer does not select the specified courier channel and pay the correct shipping fee when placing an order, the difference must be paid before shipping.

Depending on the actual situation, we reserve the right to change the shipping method without prior notice, aiming to successfully deliver products to the address provided by the customer.

Order processing and shipping time:
- Our store is closed on Sundays and public holidays.
- The current stock status of each product is listed on its webpage.
- In-stock items: Generally shipped within 2-3 days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
- Handmade products: Require 2-4 days for production and shipping arrangement, excluding weekends and public holidays.
- Pre-order items: Please note the pre-order period. It takes about 3 weeks to 1 month to process and ship orders after the pre-order period ends.
- Actual delivery depends on the courier company's arrangement.

Customers are responsible for additional fees charged by the courier company in the following situations:
- Changing any shipping details after dispatch.
- Late collection from designated points (e.g., SF Express lockers or stations).
- Unclaimed packages returned to the sender. Customers will bear the cost of initial and re-shipping.
- If the courier system shows the package as delivered but the customer claims non-receipt, we cannot resend the product for free. Customers may place a new order if needed.

Product Shipment: An email with the tracking number will be sent to your email address. To track your order, paste the tracking number on the courier's website.
Payment Method

We do not accept cash on delivery (COD). We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, Alipay, PayMe, FPS, and Octopus payments. All orders will be settled in the local currency. Bank transfers are not accepted in Taiwan.

For security reasons, your billing name and address must match the credit card used for payment. We reserve the right to cancel orders that do not meet this criterion.

You agree and accept that you are solely responsible for any losses incurred during credit card transactions. We are not liable for any partial or total losses under any circumstances.

We reserve the right to change the online payment methods at any time without prior notice.

Product prices and availability on the website are for reference only and are subject to change.
Taxes and Duties
We ship orders DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). Shipping fees do not include import taxes and duties. Your order may be subject to customs inspection, and import taxes and duties are regulated by local laws. If your order incurs import taxes and duties, you are responsible for paying these fees before delivery.
If you refuse delivery or the order is unclaimed, you will bear the costs (duties, taxes, administrative fees, return fees). We will not arrange reshipment until the shipping fee is received.
We recommend inquiring about import taxes and duties with local customs or relevant authorities before placing an order.
Order Cancellation

Once we start processing your order, we cannot accept any changes or cancellations.

Items in your order may sometimes be canceled due to:
- Out of stock
- Payment information issues
- Inability to deliver to the provided address
- Exceeding the purchase limit
If items are canceled due to modifications, we will notify you via email or phone and arrange a refund.
