退款政策

Exchange and Refund Policy

  1. Except for out-of-stock products, our store does not accept refunds.

  2. Opened and used products cannot be returned or exchanged. If there are any mistakes or omissions in the products received, please understand. To protect the rights of both parties, please record the unboxing process upon receiving the product. If there is any damage to the product during delivery, please immediately report it to us for handling.

  3. As most of the products we offer are natural and not mass-produced, slight imperfections in color or size are not grounds for return or refund. Please read the product descriptions carefully before purchasing. The policy for exchanges and refunds does not apply to any requests based on personal reasons (including incorrect purchases, dislike of the product, failure to notice product descriptions, incorrect usage, man-made damage, insufficient scent diffusion due to personal sensitivity to smells or olfactory fatigue, etc.). Our company reserves the final decision on products that need to be returned or exchanged.

  4. Please collect your parcel promptly upon its arrival. Upon receiving the product, inspect it immediately. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for product defects, losses, or damages reported more than 2 days after the delivery date. For exchanges, all packaging must be retained for our processing; otherwise, exchanges or returns will not be possible.

  5. Exchanges are limited to one time only. We do not accept any return or exchange requests for any opened products or products that have already been exchanged.

  6. In case of missing products, video evidence showing the received product and complete packaging (bottom and all sides) is required.
