Whether it's your cherished candle jar or an unused glass bottle at home, we’re excited to transform these items into new candles that exude warmth and captivating scents. Currently, this service is available exclusively in Hong Kong.

Service Pricing and Details:
- Palo Santo Wood Wick Candle Refill: HKD 1.4/gram
- Cotton Wick Candle Refill: HKD 1.17/gram
- Courier Service: For courier service, customers are responsible for both round-trip shipping costs and any risk of damage to facilitate the collection and return of containers.
- Container Requirement: Our candle refill service is applicable only for containers with a capacity of 200g or more.

Container Selection Guide:
- Suitable Materials: We accept containers made of glass, ceramic, or metal with a certain thickness, whether pre-used or new.
- Safety Standards: Containers that are damaged, flammable, very thin, or prone to breaking or melting at high temperatures are unsuitable for candle refills. If in doubt, please contact us and share photos of your container.

Capacity and Fee Adjustment Policy:
Please note that all container refill capacities will be based on our final measurements. During production, if the actual capacity differs from the estimated capacity, we will inform you of any pricing adjustments:
- If the actual capacity exceeds the estimated amount, customers will need to pay the additional cost.
- If the actual capacity is less, we will refund the excess fee.

Container Size Check Method:
To ensure your container is suitable for candle making, measure its capacity using a measuring cup. Fill the container with water up to about 90% full, then record the water volume, which gives a rough estimate of its size.

Container Cleaning Service:
Upon receiving your container, we will conduct a professional cleaning at no extra charge. Note that some materials may not be entirely cleanable, and we are not responsible for removing any labels or packaging from containers.

Production and Shipping Timeline:
The entire process, from receiving your container to the completion of the candle, takes approximately 14 - 20 days. You can drop off your container at one of our collection points or use SF Express for delivery (shipping costs and risk of damage are customer’s responsibility).

Collection Methods:
Finished products can be picked up at the collection point, or you may opt for delivery via SF Express (customer bears the shipping costs and risk of damage).
