｜How to Use｜

• When lighting the Palo Santo candle wick, ensure the flame burns the entire wick to carbonize it and melt the surrounding wax.
• We have crafted the wood wick so that it will burn continuously unless extinguished.
• If needed, tilt the glass jar and slowly rotate to bring the flame to unlit parts of the wick, similar to rotating a Palo Santo stick, allowing the soy wax to heat to a sufficient temperature.
• Generally, burning for one to two hours each time is enough to purify the space.

Our Peruvian Palo Santo is directly imported from Peru to Hong Kong, selecting only the highest quality raw wood. The wood is sustainably certified by the Peruvian government authority SERFOR, ensuring all Palo Santo is harvested under supervision, with no trees being destroyed, only collecting branches found on the ground.

• The candle is suitable for spaces around 80 square feet; for larger spaces, use multiple candles proportionally.
• Handmade products may have slight imperfections; returns or refunds for minor flaws are not accepted. Used products cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Recommended use within one year (if properly stored).
